Blooming Tuesday - Fuchsia

This is one of the last Fuchsia blooms in the window box. Even though I have been watering the box regularly it isn't happy with the heat.  The heat is too much for all of us. Happy Blooming Tuesday.

Oh this is lovely. I love these flowers we can grow them her but as annuals. My Grandmother had them lining her porch when I was a child and I played with them like they were ballerinas. Thats what they always reminded me of.

Fuchsias remind me of my mom so this painting is extra special.

Lovely painting Lisa......colours are perfect.
The heat seems to be getting to you all including the pretty blooms.

Fuchsia do very well in my garden, although personally they are not one of my favourite blooms.
Rabbits never touch them, so that makes them a very attractive option.

beautiful fuchsia and I love the detail of marbles in the glass. Blow hard and blow some of that heat up north to me!

I really like the way your art journals things going on in your life. Fushsia would never survive here even in a nicer summer. Even my petunias wilt by the end of June.

Wish I could share some of this cool weather with you. What a lovely painting. I always marvel at how you can journal your garden thru' painting.

You said it, the heat is too much for all of us! I've had it with summer! (Now I think my AC at home has quit! Oh no!)
Your fuschia painting turned out way better than mine. Nice going!

Sorry to hear about the heat and you have done your best to rescue little Fuchia.
I love the tint of purple Fuchsia and totally feel the peace and calm behind. You are so talented Lisa, you look into the expression and life of a life object.
Yes, little Fuchsia with her best life!
