New Tools

The last time I was out shopping I picked up this package of pre cut ATC papers.  They are made by an Italian company called Fabriano. I sort of felt silly buying these precuts but boy am I glad I did. I just love this paper. I am going to find out where I can purchase larger sheets.  The watercolor seems to flow on it.  I have never experienced a paper quite like this. The box doesn't give me any information other than the size so I can't tell you what it is made of but I can tell you I like it.  Have any of you ever used these?  What do you think?

I've never seen it or tried it. I finally found two places where I can buy pre-cut ATC watercolor and bristol board. Before that I was cutting my own. I think we are a bit behind the times here!

I just had a look at my paper and I have the larger sheets from Fabriano, but I have no idea if they are the same quality as your pre cuts.
I use them for watercolor mandalas and I cut them for ATC's.
I can sent you some blanc ATC to see if it is the same paper?

I just love to find things which makes me enthusiastic too!

Most of the big art houses sell this kind of paper-i.e Dick Blick but not sure if it is the same. Try going right to Fabriano's website and check it out,

Now that you have us all interested you need to tell us more. teehee

Dear Lisa,
My friend has an art supply store. I will ask him about this brand. The box sure is great!

Yes! I have a box of pre folded greeting cards and a box of matching envelopes! I watercolour all the cards I make for bdays etc! Love it.

If the paper is as interesting as the box then show me more!

Love the cover design and I totally agree with you Lisa, spending a little for the good quality paper and to have a good experience back while painting is simply good decision!
