I don't know why I am unable to keep up with blogging lately. Maybe it is because I enjoy this cooler weather. I have been busy in the garden. Lots of leaf raking.
Here is my response to the prompt of "pause" at One Single Impression.Autum colors time

Lovely leaf, lovely poem.
We have having 80 degree Indian Summer weather in N. California right now. So weird in mid November! I appreciate your visiting my blog and leaving your comments...thanks for making time for me. ;-)
Very nice. Would you come rake my leaves, please?
We're finally getting some light rain today. It's been a very long time coming.
i am feeling the same way. I am enjoying all the cooler air here for sure!!!!! I hope you have a cozy fall and winter, Lisa! I'm getting a bit of the holiday bug, too!
xoxo- Julie
beautiful palette for fall! I love fall and all the colors it inspires. We were down to 13 degrees today! COLD!
Sweet post. Love the haiku and the leaf. Soon it will be winter and there won't be anything else to do but art and bogging. yeah, right!
We have been outside raking lots of leaves too. Its not as warm as it was before but we still arent as cold as we usually are this time of year..yet..Now that I have said that we probably will get down there. lol lovely work.
We lost our Indian summer about 10 days ago. This is exactly how it felt. Rusty palette. Love that!
beautiful painting and poem.
Hubby began the daunting task of raking leaves when at least half are still on the trees. Still, the yard was buried. Gotta start somewhere!! We have around 1/4 acre to rake. I'm not sure if that's considered a lot or not, but hell, in CA there was NO raking.
I'm looking forward to my hibernation and (hopefully) emerging in the spring with BIG paintings to find a rep and a gallery home.
I'm thinking it's time for an atc round!! I'll send an email ;)♥
A gorgeous poem. Better to be outside taking it all in. We bloggers will be here.
I have come to think of blogging as a winter sport!
Wow what a beautiful leaf painting I love the colors!!!!
Enjoy the fall dear and working in your garden, blogging comes later
Leaf clearing never ends here. The oak trees shed till the end of November.....
Love your artwork and poem. Always a pleasure to visit.......
There has definetly been a funny break in fall blogging - not sure why but it's affected alot of us. anyway, enjoy the leaf raking and love the drawing
