Animal Wednesday and OSI's prompt 'comb' collided in my mind this week. I was watching the Canada Geese fly by on their way out into the fields to forage and loaf around. Then my eye was caught by the Juncos 'combing' the ground for fallen seed from the feeders. This haiku and sketch with pencil emerged.
I hope you have a great Animal Wednesday and if you are in the mood for some more haiku pop over to One Single Impression for more haiku and poetry.
