Cactus Monday - Prickly Pear Pad w/fruit

When all else fails resort to the Prickly Pear. It is the cactus I am most familiar with. I am trying to do it in a different way each time. I hope you all are having a Happy Cactus Monday.

I laughed when I saw this because I have often resorted to prickly pear also. They have so many faces. Very pretty one this is.
