Blooming Tuesday - Narcissus

This is one of the narcissus in my garden. I got the colored pencils out to try it. Happy Blooming Tuesday to all.

Minimalistic..simple..sweet
I loved the colors esp the orange in the centre.
Is that flower called Narcissus? Thts interesting! I have heard of a story actually a greek myth...of a boy called narcissus who falls in love with his own iamge...Any connection with that tale?
It's pretty interesting:)

Nice...very soft.
A friend gave me a blending pencil, do you have one? It's a clear, non-color pencil that you use to blend your colored pencils. I love it! I can't seem to use my colored pencils w/out it now.

I have Narcissus blooming right now as well. They make beautiful drawing subjects don't they? You've done a great job. Very pretty.

I love this image, and I love to be reminded of the other name of my favorite flower.

Lolo, I sometimes use a white pencil to blend my colored pencils. I didn't know there was a specific pencil for that. I use other colors too sometimes. I think I just got lazy on this picture. A lot of background I didn't want to go over and over.

Deepazartz, Yes this flower is called Narcissus. You are probably right it is connected with Greek mythology in some way.
