Animal Wedensday - Butterfly

This is a painting I did for the class I took from Laure. Butterflies are free. Remember that old saying?

I love the butterfly which is so very detailed and then the background is just beautiful all washy and pretty colors. I think Laure's class must have been fantastic!

This is wonderful, Lisa! So soft and pretty. Really wonderful blending of the colors and the butterfly is so perfect.
Yes, I do remember that phrase. One of my all-time favorite movies. I even had a bumper sticker boasting that a the time.
