Cactus Monday - Succulent

I received this start of a succulent the other day.  I admired a larger version of this plant and the dear Uncle that had it said he had a start if I wanted it.
If you know what it is I would appreciate an id of the plant.
Happy Cactus Monday to all of you Cacuteers. If you would like to se more cactus images, many of them drawn please head over to Teri's Painted Daisies here.

I have no clue what it is. But those things are usually easy to root and grow. Nice of him to give you one.

delurking... :)
I am guessing that it is a type of Epiphyllum (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Epiphyllum) - probably Epiphyllum anguliger (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Epiphyllum_anguliger)
It is similar to your Night Blooming Cereus. Nice!!

Lisa, this is a Cryptocereus anthonyanus, also called Zig Zag, Ric Rac or Fishbone Cactus. Very cool! I got a little piece from someone at a plant sell, so I'm a little jealous...yours is huge!

A beauty, to be sure. That is very unusual.

I do not know my cactus very well. I have a small cactus garden my son left for me to care for when he moved. So far all of them are doing fine but I have no id on any of them! I shall read your commenters and see if any one can id your new addition!
PS.... I learned something new this evening...zigzag cactus....very cool.
