Animal Wednesday - Dickcissel

This past Sunday we were out birding and my DB got a great picture of a Dickcissel perched on a weed. There aren't so many around right now. Many have already flown South.
Happy Animal Wednesday. For more animals go to Auntie Mim's Blog here.

I tried to do a post for tomorrow but BLogger has decided it must be posted today. Sorry.

Just a beautiful job on this bird Lisa. Not surprising since you love birds.
I have always wanted to see one of these but apparently they don't come to our part of Wisconsim or they hide well.

I have had trouble with pre posting blogger also.

Gosh, you're good at drawing birds. This really looks good, but I have no idea what a Dickissel is. I'll see if I can spot any around here.
Love your lotus from the previous post also.
