The native honeysuckle is reblooming. While it doesn't make as many flowers when it reblooms as it does in the spring it makes enough to give the hummers a snack. I was watching the hummers sip on those little trumpets. Happy Animal Wednesday.

Hi Lisa,
I remember the hummingbirds, such beautiful creatures. I had never realised how tiny they are, until I saw them last year.
I love the colours......beautiful piece.
It's a beautiful remembrance of what must have been a lovely afternoon watching birds and blooms.
Sweet Hummer....
We have a few visiting the feeders.
I love this time of year when the Hummers play about the yard gaining weight for their big trip South.
Your painting continue to get better and better. This is one of my favorites.
Birds, blooms and bugs....

Oh, to rebloom!
Your journal is coming out so beautifully!! I'd love to sit and go through it page by page when complete.
I love these little guys! They are such a riot to watch. Your painting is really cute.
That is lovely Lisa!

Bon apetit, hummers!
How did I miss this - it's beautiful! The hummers love my hibiscus and I love to hear their whirring sound. Lovely
This piece is as delicate as the Japanese bird paintings. Beautifully done, Lisa!
Happy belated animal Wednesday Lisa!
Thanks for your unique green hummer Lisa. I love the texture of it and the camouflage quality here.
So brilliant and so soft, so magical....because of the different value of green....
I seen hummer a few time but it was rather too lively, fast and got away without letting me notice and observe it!
So delicate and fragile! :)
