The Japanese Toad lily, Tricyrtis 'Togen', is blooming now. It is planted right beside a tree that is newly planted so I am keeping it watered along with the tree. I just love these late summer bloomers.
I grew toad lilies at my other house. They are very cool to see. Your painting shows them well. I love all their little dots, like they are wearing party dresses.
