So begins the month of October. For some reason I am so looking forward to this month. A clean slate. New beginings. I hope you all have a wonderful weekend too. Cool weather has finally found us. Ahhh.
Your works looks like a piece of abstract art. I wanted to go through the door to see what was inside.
We have your hot weather.....and have had for five days now (it is 28C 86F)....this is way too hot for October. The birds are singing as though Spring has arrived !!
We had a very warm September month, very unusual....... But it was nice working with nice weather. My garden is finished and ready for winter. Inside the workers are nearly done and I am painting. I am exited by all what is happening here. Well Lisa I hope October will be the perfect month for you and that it holds all you have in mind for it.
i always feel like new beginnings in October too. it was a new beginning for me 66 years ago as i was born in October so maybe that effects my sense of this. great sketch.
So glad you are enjoying cooler weather - we are still waiting down here in South Florida. I see you’re creating lots of Zentangles lately – what fun! I love the abundance of textures leading into the center. New season, new beginnings…I like that.
