Pink Lady's Slipper. (Mim gets this one.)
This is three dimentional. I found these shells while on vacation. Then I thought some nice blue paper that looks like water would be a nice background. Then came the school of fish and crab.
A stand of delphinium.
A Fringeless Orchid. (Soul gets this one)
I hope that you all are having a nice weekend.

I like your pink lady's slipper. I think we call it Sabot de Venus, Venus' wooden shoe...
Thanks for the comment on the skirt, and the progress I made. It is a bonus of the blogosphere, a bit of competition (in the good sense), a lot of inspiration and examples on how to improve one's skill, and that's it. :-)
Hi Lisa, welcome back. You are in fine form creatively it seems from that rest and recreation. I love the delphiniums!
Frances
i would love to swap 'fringeless orchid' if no one else has it, how many do i owe you now? and you've been tagged.
If no one else has the pink ladies slipper - I'd love it. I was introduced to them by an English friend, the sister of my DH"s best friend, and she would take me in the woods to look for them. She passed away a number of years ago but these ladies slippers always remind me of her (does that tug on your heartstrings enought???)
What a sweet story Mim. Of course you can have the Lady's Slipper.
Soul, I will send you the Fringless Orchid. I think I should get 4 from you with this addition.
Teri, I know what you mean about wanting them all. Geez...
Hurray for me! Queen for a day!
I thought of you yesterday when I was on the Cape and saw about 2 dozen pink ladies slippers in the woods, I've never seen so many together like that. I'll post some pictures later this week.
Wow! What a cool treasure you have.
Cool and cute ATC, a good & great combination. I love the one soulbrush picked!
