As I sat watching tv, at least it was on, I did this with colored pencils. It was a copy of a photograph that was in an Audubon Magazine. I loved the scene of this little chick snuggling it Momma as she still sat on some eggs. Marvelous photograph.

Awww this is sooo cute. Great job on it. Sometimes I can do the best drawings with the TV on.. It quiets the logical non creative side of my brain that bugs me to do better or go do something else. :)

Lovely as well as sweet! Flipped through a magazine called "Birds and Blooms" at the dr.'s office yesterday and there were some amazing photographs of birds...you would love it!
