Haiku Bones - Incandescent

This week's prompt at Haiku Bones is Incandescent.  This word always means the bright light from a bulb. I had difficulty with it until I started thinking about it as ideas and creativity.  Like the cartoon characters used to do. Aha!

Incandescent

Inspiration search
light shining through a blanket
the fog is lifted

Not incandescent
ideas swirling around
mercury beads

Boy...that curly light bulb must have been tough to draw!!! I wouldn't like to do it. I love your haikus!!! Very great entry. Looks like you are keeping a haiku journal. Love it.

I guess I'm one who sometimes has to shine my creativity through a blanket. What a neat image.

Lisa, I admire your talent. I love your illustrated poetry page.

Your first brought me back to an earlier day when I would read in bed under the covers with my flashlight.
The second, been there done that. But will be forced to do it again.

Both were surprising inspiration matter for your wonderful poems.
