Window Box

I can't tell you how happy I am with the simple planting of Wax Begonias and Sweet Potato Vine in the window box just outside my office window. I had other flowers in with them but this summer was so brutally hot and dry that only the hardy survived.   Even after a few frosts they are holding their own and will do so until it gets cold and stays cold.

pretty picture. I am trying to hang onto my impatiens on the front porch covering them at night. I hate for winter to come and all my pretties die till next spring. This is a good idea to paint them so you can see them when ever you want.

That would cheer me up too. Isn't it weird how some plants can just hang in there? I really like this.

That is a beautiful piece of art work, and I am sure the source of inspiration is worthy of your talent! God bless.

Hasn't this been a marvelous fall? I still have marigolds and geraniums blooming despite the frosts.

I have an angel wing begonia on the front porch that I'm watching closely. We haven't had a frost yet, but I want to move it inside before we do. The blooms are lovely and red and I want to make sure it makes it through the winter.
